Watch: Derrick Henry throws a jump-pass TD as Titans smash Bengals

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry had three touchdown passes in his NFL career heading into Sunday’s matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Now, the 29-year-old tailback has four after his two-yard touchdown strike to tight end Josh Whyle right before halftime that gave the Titans a 24-3 lead.

Henry has completed six of his seven pass attempts in the NFL for 25 yards and four scores. The Titans are 4-0 when he throws a touchdown and 5-0 when he attempts a pass.

The former Heisman-winning RB has more NFL touchdown passes than either of the Titans two backup quarterbacks (second-year QB Malik Willis and rookie Will Levis).

In addition to his touchdown pass on Sunday, Henry rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries and he added a reception for 11 yards. It was his first 100-yard rushing game of the season. Henry has at least one reception in 11 of his last 12 regular-season games.

The Titans ultimately beat the Bengals 27-3, outgaining them 400 yards to 211 and dominating the time of possession 34:45 to 25:15.
