Road Trip
We are on a week long east coast road trip, as of now we are 3-0. We play Boston tomorrow and Toronto on sunday. Those are two really good teams, they will be really tough to win and being at there place. The road trip has been good so far besides basketball they are some really good cities that we have been too. In Detroit i got to see my mom so that was good. Then in New York i just like it, me and Steve Blake went out to dinner and i got to see some of the places that were on this weeks episode of Gossip Girl. Washington i have some of my best memories there. Now im in Boston which has alot of stuff to do. Well we play tomorrow so hope we can keep this good road trip going.

Just wanted to tell you fans in P-town love you. Stay true to it Greg and most of all have fun with your awesome teammates. Be sure you take the time to have fun and chill. We all know you bust your hump so be sure you take care of the big GO. Much love to you Greg! Bring the hurt to Beantown, with the exception of of Mr. Classy Rajon Rondo those guys in green need to be brought down a peg or two. P-town baby P-TOWN!

You and the rest of your teammates give Kevin and company a run for their money. Don't let them intimidate any of you! We know you can beat them at their game. Be strong and play together like you have been doing! We are all so proud of you guys on and off the court. I can't wait for our next home game. Go Portland!

PLEASE inflict physical pain on the Celtics, show them Portland can no longer be bullied.

I'm sure that you've heard this stuff a million times from the coaches, but just thought you might like to hear one fan's appreciation for the non-stat things you do on the court.

Just take care of business in Boston. Play hard, have fun...and give us a little of that big smile on the first block on Keven Garnett! Then....hustle down court for the two-handed Jam....I hope they have an extra backboard!
Stay Humble...and God Bless!

The road trip has been good so far. Besides playing basketball, we have visited some quality cities. In Detroit I was able to see my mom, so that was good. Then we were in New York -- I just really like that place. Steve Blake and I went out to dinner and i got to see some of the places that were on this week's episode of Gossip Girl (don't ask). Washington . . . some of my best memories were made there. Now I'm in Boston where there's a lot of interesting stuff to do. We'll play tomorrow so let's hope we can keep this good road trip going.

It's great to see you getting more confident on the court.
You are already contributing a lot to the team's success, specially with rebounds and post defense.
Is coach Lucas back?

What up young buc!? So, I have to ask you, do you actually read your comments? Or do you just blog on this thing cause they make you? I have to say, I love your blog, you keep it real, and you don't spell check, just like I don't, but more importantly you should blog when you are most emotionally upset, like I am wondering what you felt like after the Boston game, I heard KG got on the ground on all four and started barking at J. Bayless!? Did that really happen? The camera on ESPN cut away at the last second. Can you imagine that? A grown man acting like and teenager? I mean, you being 46 years old know all about acting grown up and responsible. Speaking oh which, how did summer classes go for you? I have been meaning to find out.
Well Mate, you play in 7 hours from now, I wish you luck. I will be hoping you find this comment in good spirits after a romping of the Vancouver Canucks, or whatever the one NBA team in Canada still calls their team. (You see, we subly insult them by pretending to be ignorant about anything Canadian, aha they'll suspect nothing until we have left town with a victory!)
Cheers!

It seems like reporters & TV announcers talk a lot about the pressure on you to perform this year, but please ignore all that stuff - put it in a box and ignore it. They get paid to talk, even if there's nothing to talk about. Just have fun playing your game. You're such a great guy that Portland fans will always love you. Thanks again.
PS: how is C.B. McLovin?

i hope you can continue to make basketball something you love doing! You are getting payed to play basketball, so fuck the radio show hosts, fuck the blog haters, you are living the dream. So practice hard Greg, joke around in the locker room, be aggressive on the court. You are only 20 years old so start acting like it! You will pick up the post moves, the bball IQ, and the minutes you deserve in time. You have a lot of great players to learn from on this squad.
Portland believes in you Greg. Keep up the good work!

I read the article about you and the boys and girls club in Oregon. Just wanted to say it's awesome that you're doing that and being a great male role model for the kids. We've got a similar faith-based organization here in Chicago mentoring at-risk kids in the Cabrini Green area - so we definitely know the need. Anyways, keep up the amazing work and be blessed.

How about that 52 point game from Roy against the Suns? How much fun is it to be involved in games like that?
