Road Trip

Sorry everyone for not blogging for a while. I've been hitting the workouts pretty hard. I have started a lot of different stuff with my rehab and i've been working out twice a day. We have a thing going on between me and Sergio Rodrigez to see who can get the most workouts in a month. Last month he broke Joel Pryzbillas' record of 32 workouts and had 33. So this month I made it my mission to break that in 28 days this month. I can't have Sergio have the lifting record for the Trailblazers. The guys left a couple a days ago for a four game road trip. I figure I would stay and keep up wit my rehab and get my workouts and shooting in. The guys are 0 and 2 on this trip -- it will be tough but they will play hard and i hope we can go into All Star break on a good note.

and i just read that thing abot your friend. i lost my sister to breast cancer a year ago, and even if you're not looking for advice, i'm gonna give it to you-
even thought things could be rough, God ALWAYS works in the BIG picture. and we usually don't see the big picture until it's all said and done. He's doing something pretty cool with you greg. be thankful for that.

Hahahahhaha "I can't have Sergio have the lifting record for the Trailblazers". Sergio is going to be beasting on dudes if he keeps that up. I just player basketball for first time in months and I can't move. My whole entire body hurts. So I know how beneficial it is to keep the work outs consistent. I can't even pick up a glass of water or sit up. Hope your rehab goes great.

I'm glad that you're working your way back, and I know this is a big deal. It's gotta be frustrating to watch a whole season go by, but I know that you're gonna really make the most of your opportunities next year.

I can't wait until you get back. We are sorely lacking a rebounding presence in the middle. Please tell Lamarcus (I have his jersey) his team needs him to gain another 15 lbs of lean muscle so he can keep post position and play better with his back to the basket. Also I just wanted to say thanks for your help in bringing positivity back to the team and to the city. We were tired of having to watch thugs play.

Last year before Portland won the number one pick in the draft, Blazer fans were hoping for a player that would fit the system. Even when we heard "With the #1 pick in the 2007 NBA draft..." we hoped for a player fit. What a great pleasure for ALL Blazer fans to find out that we not only have a hard working player that fits but also one of the nicest, most humble basketball players on planet earth!!!

Dude beast it. What is your favorite muscle to work out? Keep working hard bud. I hope that you are enjoying the Northwest. My buddy's brother-in-law was in the Tualatin Shari's over the summer and said he ran into you when you were eating some food with some kids from the skate park or something. I hope that rings a bell. I grew up in Lake Oswego. I am moving back after I graduate this year from U of O. I am pumped to come to more games next year.
