  Do you remember the poster with Buck Williams fishing on the Deschutes? It is still hanging on my parents freezer in their garage. It was one of my friends dad who was his guide. On the bottome of the poster it lists "Guide Doug Stuart."

Nice GO. It isn't a place that makes it home but the people in it. I hope your fam comes out and visits ya often in P-Town! BTW, if you like Mexican food Burrito Boy is the spot in Eugene. Not sure if they serve watermelon though :)

That's Awesome! I like how you have that picture that your high school teacher drew of you. That is definitely a really good illustration from what I can tell. I'm kindof an artist myself so I have a lot of respect for that. One time in high school I did a really cool black and white scratchboard drawing of Vince Carter that I have hanging up at my folks house. Maybe I could do a cool scratchboard one of you for my office at home. That would be cool. Can't wait for the season! Hope everything goes good down at UCLA. Later.

If you want to get some awesome home-brewed beer and fresh cut fries when you get to Portland, check out any of the McMenamins pubs. The McMenamins Brothers own a bunch of different bars in Portland, and they're all really cool. One has a movie theater. My sister even got married at one, called the Grand Lodge. I don't work for them--I just think you'd like them.
Just have fun out there this season, work hard, and things will fall into place. We're behind you through thick and thin--Go Blazers!

I live in Tualatin, Oregon, just a couple of miles from the Blazer practice facility. I want to invite you to join my fantasy football league that my buddies and I have had going since 1994. You'd be joining as an expansion team, so you team might be a little lean for a few years, but you'd catch up quick with draft picks. Let me know if interested.

My husband and I volunteer to put you up while you find your new home here in Portland. (That is if Nike or Paul Allen doesn't give you one first!)
