I just got these pictures back from when i helped McDonalds with the launch of their new McCafe espresso drinks. I got to go to the McDonalds in Vancouver and i learned how to make the drinks myself. Its harder than i thought it would be though. Theres alot of flavors to choose from and theres alot you have to remember to make sure you make them right. Ronald was there and i got to work behind the cash register and they even gave me a brown McDonalds apron to wear which I kept and wore around the house. For real i did. For every coffee they sell McDonalds donates a portion to the Ronald McDonald House Charity here in Oregon. they said there tryin to raise $100,000 this year so hopefully everyone will go out and drink their coffee. The best part of the day was when they made me my favorite oreo mcflurry. I wish i could have one right now.

Tonight against the Indiana Pacers i played my first game since the All Star Break. I didnt play alot of minutes but the minutes i did play i was concentrating on getting my wind back. I was suprisingly not as out of breath as i thought i would be. My knee felt good while i was out there it got pretty sore at half time and after the game but it wasnt anything that i couldnt deal with. So we have a game tomorrow and i plan on playing. We had a couple of guys get banged up in the game tonight so i definitely want to play to help out and get in the rythm of things.

Day to Day

People im still out with my injury, it really gets on my nerves because i really want to get out on the court and play as my team is still in the race to make the Playoffs. I just want to get out there and contribute. We have a couple of guys banged up on our team as well as all the other teams, but it makes me feel bad that i cant go out and play with mine. I am doing more things but its still not ready to get in a game and move at that speed. Im freaking tired of rehab even though i know i need i just want to be out there and not have to worry about anything i have went through this for too long. Im gonna have to suck it up quick cause the end of the reagular season is coming to a end quick. On another note im watching MTV's America's Best Dance Crew and Qwest Crew better win they're sick!

All-Star Break

I love the All-Star Break. I had so much fun, got so much rest that i feel refreshed. I have sleep to 2 in the afternoon everyday almost, i told people to not wake me when i sleep ill wake up on my own, thats how i know i slept as long as i could. I keep my phones on vibrate all the time anyways so that wasnt a problem at all. I am in Indiana so im away from all the maddness that was in phoenix. I did have to go for one day though, and i had a blast. The rookie and sophomore game i was selected to play in. I didnt participate because i am nursing a knee injury. I still got to go enjoy the festivaties. The game was cool except the rookies lost, and since im considered a rookie i lost. Other than that everything was cool and fun. While i was there I had a appearance with Spalding an unvailing of there new item. The IHoop which is a very cool thing, its a basket with a ipod dock and speakers on it. It has to be plug up though but its really cool i hope they send mine to my moms house soon. It wont be coming out till this summer but its really nice, i advise people to check it out. Now i will enjoy my last day of break by doing absolutely nothing.

Super Bowl

I know of so many people going to the Super Bowl, and most of them arent even going to watch the game. Thats crazy on how many people go down there just to see other people. I heard its alot of fun though. I wont have a chance to have a Super Bowl party or go to one because we will be on the plane headed to New Orleans. There are a couple of tv's on the plane so ill at least watch. Im going for the Cardinals just cause of Edgerrin James im a fan of his and i remember when i was in High School he use to go my games when he played for the Colts. Even though i have some family from Pittsburg, im still going with Arizona. It should be a good game though on of these times when im retired i would love to go to a Super Bowl but actually watch the game.

I.D.

So this past week i turned 21, its been a really fun week. I really dont feel any different, everybody ask me if i feel older and i give them the same answer heck no i feel like a day went by. On my birthday when i was paying the bill for my dinner and drinks i gave the lady my credit card and i.d. and she said she didnt need it. So the next day i went to a resteraunt and sat in the bar and they carded all my friends except me, even when i went to a club they didnt card me at all. Its just seems different to me cause i feel like one of the best things about being 21 is when the people who works at a place dont think your 21 you get to whip out your i.d. and shove it back in there face. Ill never get that chance cause everybody already thinks im 50. Im still waiting on that day for someone not to recognize me and card me so i can be like "nope player im of age."

Today was a really amazing day. It was good to see President Obama in the office FINALLY and im excited for everything to start going. Its goin to be a fun year and i know some big things will come out of it. I know its going to be hard but i know he can do it and I wish the best for him and his family. Today i haven't watched the inauguration yet because i woke up at 9:05 when he was making his speech so i pushed record and had to tivo it. I also got to see him signing in the presidents room at like 10:15. Im gonna watch the whole thing as soon as i get home. Its a great new year and we have a lot to look forward to, and this will be my last blog as a 20 year old, im loving it.

The Countdown

Well first Happy New Years to everyone, sorry its been so long my mind has been on the games. It still feels wierd to me that everyone i know thats my age is on break and i still have games on the holidays. Everybody who is here home from school comes to our games so its cool. Im still happy i got to see my family. In 21 days i have a birthday coming up my twenty first birthday, ive been counting down the days since last month. Its getting closer so im really excited and its gonna be a good time.

Road Trip

We are on a week long east coast road trip, as of now we are 3-0. We play Boston tomorrow and Toronto on sunday. Those are two really good teams, they will be really tough to win and being at there place. The road trip has been good so far besides basketball they are some really good cities that we have been too. In Detroit i got to see my mom so that was good. Then in New York i just like it, me and Steve Blake went out to dinner and i got to see some of the places that were on this weeks episode of Gossip Girl. Washington i have some of my best memories there. Now im in Boston which has alot of stuff to do. Well we play tomorrow so hope we can keep this good road trip going.

Happy Thanksgiving, it is a good day today, even though we had practice this morning. That was kind of wierd im still use to doing nothing on holidays. I am very thankful for my job and everything it brings to me, im also thankful to my mom and the opportunities she has made for me with all she sacrificed, and im thankful for god and him allowing all this to happen in my life. Last night we had a game against the Miami Heat and we got a win, that was a good way to start off the holiday, and we play tomorrow so we are going to try to end it on a good note. Today i will get some good food grub out at like 3 peoples houses and chill. Im glad my brother got to come to Portland and visit me for this whole week so i do have family with me. To everyone whos reading have a Happy Thanksgiving and know that today is about giving thanks, not turkey, but i will eat a full turkey myself.
